Welcome to the College Panhellenic’s primary recruitment registration.
We are glad you found us!
If you want to feel connected, supported and encouraged, sorority life is for you! Registering for primary recruitment is the first step to finding your home in the sorority community on campus. As Panhellenic at West Texas A&M University, we believe everyone has a purpose to discover, possibilities to explore, needs people to thrive, and a place to belong. We want to educate and equip you to embark on your journey as a potential new member (PNM). You should feel confident as you participate in recruitment. Check out the sections below to learn more about sorority membership and involvement at WT!
Our recruitment process consists of multiple rounds, each designed to help you get to know the values, sisterhood, and philanthropic missions of each chapter. Here's a breakdown of what to expect:
Meet your Recruitment Counselor and fellow PNMs.
Learn more about the recruitment process and what to expect in the coming days.
Tour the chapter units in Shirley hall.
Visit each chapter and learn about what makes their sisterhood unique.
Conversations will be casual and focused on helping you get a feel for each chapter’s personality and values.
Chapters will highlight their national and/or local philanthropic causes.
You'll learn how each sorority gives back and the ways members stay involved in service.
Expect meaningful conversations about community impact and chapter involvement.
This round is more personal and reflective.
Chapters will share what sisterhood means to them and why they value their experience.
These conversations will help you decide where you feel the strongest connection.
The most exciting day of all! Celebrate receiving your bid and joining a sisterhood that will support you throughout your college journey and beyond.
Each round is a little different, but you’ll generally be talking about:
Your values, interests, and campus involvement
Why you’re interested in joining a sorority
What you're looking for in a college experience and community
